Your product will take 2-3 business days to be prepared. Once the item is prepared we will then ship out your order. Your package could take anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on shipping company.

You have 24 hours to email us with pictures of the broken item (allurexfashioninfo@gmail.com). Once submitted, we will issue store credit.
